2.2. Registration. When you create an account with ECO, you provide us with information (including your name, email address, and password) that we use to offer you a personalized, relevant experience on ECO. The amount and type of information that ECO gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask user who sign up for a blog at TheECOAccelerator.com to provide a username and email address. Those who engage in transactions with ECO – by upgrading to a premium services account, for example – are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, ECO collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with ECO. ECO does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Services.
2.3. Profile Information. You can add details to your profile. A complete profile helps you be found by other people for opportunities. It also means we can show you relevant content.

2.5. Using TheECOAccelerator.com site and Applications. We collect information when you visit TheECOAccelerator.com or visit related websites.
2.7. Log Files, IP Addresses, and Information About Your Computer and Mobile Device. We collect information from the devices and networks you use to access Services. This information helps us to improve and secure our Services.
2.8. Aggregate Statistics. ECO may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, ECO may monitor the most popular blogs on the ECO site or use spam screened by our filters to help identify spam. ECO may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, ECO does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
2.9. Other. We are constantly innovating and improve our Services, which means we may create new ways to collect information on the Service.
SECTION 3 Uses & Sharing of Personal Information
3.2. ECO Communications. ECO communicates with you using chats, messaging, email, and other ways available to us. We may send you messages relating to your ECO account, the availability of the Services, or other Service issues. We also may send promotional messages to you.
3.3. User Communications. With certain communications you send on or through the Website, the recipient can see your name, email address, profile and other network information.
3.4. Customized Content. ECO may use the information you provide on your profile or websites to customize your experience on Website.
3.6. Sharing Information with Third Parties. Any information you put on your profile and any content you post on your own website or ECO’s Website may be seen by others. We don’t provide any of your non-public information (like your email address) to third parties without your consent, unless required by law, or as described in this Sections 3.6 and 3.11 of this Policy. Other people may find your ECO Member information through search engines.
3.7. Search. ECO helps you search for other entrepreneurs, advisors, groups, professionals or professional content.
3.8. Posted Information to Groups, Blogs, Comments, and Chats. You are responsible for any information you post on the Website, and this content will be accessible to others.
3.9. Testimonials and Advertisements Placed through ECO. If you provide testimonials about goods or services, or place an advertisement on the Marketplace, aka #ECOMarketplace, ECO may post these in connection with ECO’s own promotional materials.
3.10. Advisors and Friends. We offer a premium service to professional advisors which can be used to search for, organize, and communicate with you. You can also identify and contact such advisors directly through the Website. You are also able to make friend connections with other ECO Members which will allow them access to your profile and the information you post.
3.11. Compliance with Legal Process and Other Disclosures. We may disclose your personal information if compelled by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if necessary to enforce our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 Your Choices & Obligations
4.1. Rights to Access, Correct, or Delete Your Information, and Closing Your Account. You can change your ECO Member information at any time by editing your profile, deleting content that you have posted, or by closing your account. You can also ask us for additional information we may have about your account. If you close your account, your information will generally be removed from the Website.
4.2. Data Retention. We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed. For example, we may keep certain information even after you close your account if it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce this Policy or the Terms of Service.
4.3. Your Obligations. Please respect the terms of our Terms of Service, our Policies, and your fellow ECO Members.
SECTION 5 Important Information
5.1. Minimum Age. You have to meet ECO’s minimum age requirements to create an account.
5.2. PayPal. We partner with PayPal as a method of payment and do not trade information with PayPal. Your account with PayPal is subject to the terms and conditions established by PayPal.
5.4. Sharing with Direct Marketers. We do not share your personal information with third parties for direct marketing.
